This is a continuous timer where it starts again from zero after a small beep at the end. We also have option to define your own timer. Create a timers and start them.


Useage:

1. This is a ideal timer for those who would like to perform exercise like Pranayama, where you go Kapalbhati for 3 minutes and then do Anil Om Vilom for 3 minutes.

2. You can split your gym sessions into 3 sets of 10 minutes session. For one session you can do cardio and other sessions you can do remaining exercise.
